PawPort is a pet travel planning tool that helps pet owners organize documentation, track deadlines, and prepare for international travel with their pets. PawPort provides informational checklists and guidance based on publicly available regulations.

3. Important Disclaimer

PawPort is an organizational tool, not a legal or veterinary authority. While we strive to keep our information accurate and up to date, pet travel regulations change frequently and vary by country, airline, and individual circumstances.

You are solely responsible for verifying all travel requirements with the relevant government authorities, veterinary professionals, and airlines before traveling. PawPort is not liable for denied boarding, quarantine, fines, or other consequences resulting from incomplete or outdated information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You may not use another person's account without permission.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Free and Paid Plans

PawPort offers a free tier with limited features and paid plans with additional capabilities. Pricing and features are subject to change. We will provide notice before any changes that affect existing paid subscriptions.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to PawPort, including pet profiles, documents, and trip information. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing PawPort services to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

PawPort is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawPort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of PawPort after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
